traded the apehanger bars for powersaw bars...was hoping for some nice October riding but ma nature is a evil twat and im still with a month insurance,,thus said with my numerouse spots where oil plays peek a boo,,,im ready to tear down and try to plug some oozers on my motor,,fuck it.....its overdue,,hope you and bren are good as can be...cheers!

Rode to work this morning, most likely the last day of riding this season, since my insurance runs out tomorrow...tho that hasn't stopped me before...but it's supposed to rain tomorrow anyway so f&*k it!

For what it's worth, was a pleasant morning to ride, about 2-3 Celsius, nice sunrise, supposed to get up to 8 or 9 today.

PS I rode a Shovel, since my 2019 RK is still on order...

Patience is required on the RK delivery.It takes a while for all the imported parts to arrive at the assembly plant.
My ins. ran out last week.Too feckin rainy to get in a last ride.Now I gotta move all my tour gear to make room for the Weerier's winter home.

Movin gear is on the side burner for now.
Busy with cutting my last delivered, $280 "cord" of dry firewood.Wasn't quite a full cord (about 20cu. ft. short).Got another guaranteed "cord" on order so getting the dry outa the way for it. Bad year for reputable wood deliveries.
When I get to it I'll be changing my rear banana brake bracket to a Y bracket  .A new rear tire (Kenda Touring) is needed. Some dash maintenance to correct the intermitant neutral and oil light function. Didn't have severe front shakin goin on this year. After bumpin the tire pressure up to 55lbs., to reduce sidewall flex,it was a relief to not have those anxious moments on takeoff.
It's been awhile since i've done any riding so those little things that need attention have been forgotten for now. Hopefully they'll be remembered as I do the other changes.
Like now--I need to change my tranny main seal and Ray's spacer O-ring. Once into the primary I will possibly change the compensator setup to a solid gear.I have one that I bought in Tsawassen a few years back.Think it's a 23 tooth; so, if my compensator gear is the same that might happen too.
