Couple of changes...

Put a patch on my seat, dont know how long till the edges lift but its looks better than a big rip. I thinking I may be able to sew the edges with one of those wooden handle speedi sew tools. Also I picked up a luggage rack off flea bay for twenty bucks, dont like how high up it mounts in stock location so Im gonna get it tig welded on in location shown.This way Ill be able to strap a drybag with all my camping stuff on top off the rack bungied to the sissy bar. Im gonna also get a one foot extension welded on the existing bar so itll be about thirty inches tall.Heres some pics....

I had to take a good look to see that seat patch.Good job!.That suck bar is a tall one to start w/ and you're adding a foot.Flashback to the 60s!!

Looks great Hammer, how bout just drill and tap that luggage rack so ya can bolt it to yer sissy bar...  

P.S.  If yer not busy this wkend bring the sissy and rack by my place, we can work on it and get a jam session in too...that goes for the rest of ya Local scumbags as well...BTW I say scumbag in the most endearing way...
