B OK . We missed all the spectacular Island lightening that sparked fires south of us.

A couple decent sized blazes out here (biggest I think is the one 20 km southwest of Canal) but the night-time recovery is helping to cool things down since daytime temps are high 20's. If we can make it thru next couple weeks without major blowup we'll prolly be alright. Rode the Cherrybomb to work this morn, handlebar thermometer said 4 Celsius in the wind.
