Headquarters camshaft Empty Headquarters camshaft

I got myself one of those engine simulator programs , so of course tried ever combination you can think of with parts i have so now i want a Headquarters cam # HQ-0012 . the company is still around but dont list shovel cams anymore but i sent them an e-mail and have my fingers crossed . Any help appreciated

Your sure makein it tough on yourself,Dave.Tryin to find an out of production cam.Good luck with the hunt.

Plan B would be the B cam I have to put in Or Maybe a Sifton 101

That HQ cam is only .440 lift but the torque numbers fly up at 2880 rpm a real strong mid range cam

S&S 514 is a nice all round cam for a shovel, without the need for a bunch of mods? Just throwing it out there…….getting all exotic with a shovel is like trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear LMAO!!!!

S&S 514 works great with my 7:1 compression but Dave weren't you going a little crazy with the compression? I can't remember Carlos' compression but anything over 9:1 might be too much for a 514.

Not crazey but ive got some 10-1 wiscos looking for a home ill be stock bore and stroke and im heavy so was looking for more midrange then top end

Heh heh, yep, the way I'm getting larger and larger as the years go by I'm prolly gonna have to install a second motor in my Shovel soon....without removing the one its got in it already.

How long til you're eating rabbit food? I started a few months ago but can't loose the double chin. Think it's hereditary lol.
