Gonna try to make some progress on the 45 project, all welcome to come and help w expertise, humor, gitar pickin skills, beer drinking skills, Bo-staff skills, karate, Rex Kwon-do, whatever yer good at...possibly to happen at Larry's on Saturday depending whether the sawbones gets him in for surgery...If not at Larry's it will be at my place on Saturday, so come on out for fun and fellowship, bring only your favorite guitar and your old iron savvy.

I've have to escort Bren to a neighbour's wedding. She 's in her 80s and has been widowed for ~~20 yrs.Kinda neat to see Ma Brown all giddy and bubbly.

Thanks Denn, dang I'd love to go to a weddin' like that, where people are dedicated enough to the institution of marriage to get married at 80....can you say "OLD SCHOOL"!  I don't know why but it reminds me...My grandma had Alzheimers bad and when it got near the end, all she could talk about was "I can't wait till tonite, Claude is coming to pick me up for a date"....Claude was my grandpa and she was thinkin' back to when she was like 16 and they first started dating...she was in her own world by then but I like to think it was pretty blissful...holy smoke I'm startin' to tear up here damnit!!!  

Okay back to some lighter material, yes I'm gonna get some real work done on this bike Saturday!  I made a front axle for her last night on the lathe, turned out pretty good (lathe humour).  Got a Shovel switchblock mounted on the bars, pre-wired so that should help, just gotta figger out which goes where, how and where to mount my fuseblock, how to hide the wires, how to get this baby chirpin'!!!  Yep, it should be a good time, wish you were here.

Yup one of the connections at the selinoid under the batterie was broke.But the shrinke tube held it in place.Just enough contact to have me chaseing rainfows jmac

Always nice when you can find the gremlin and roust the bastard out of yer system, hope you guys can get some more riding in this weekend, it's nice enough to ride here today...

We had fun at church, got the flatty 45 wired, now I just gotta plumb it, finish a couple odds/ends....then maybe get it fired this fall yet!!
