Got the Weerier into her winter home.Took one day just to clear the path to the shed.
Already white shit formin on the aluminum.Did a quick rubdown with WD40 on what I could reach with my fingers.
Now It's time to fold up my bedroom outdoors and move back to the house.Going to miss the big bed to myself, the fresh air and the pitter patter of rain on the tarp.

Just killin some time before chores and checkin old posts.Wow ,the scoots been sittin neglected since Nov./18. Pitiful but as I get older my energy level after doin the chores is both physically and mentally exhausting. For me workin on the scoot needs hours of uniterupted focus to complete a task to the end. I don't want to leave any detail undone that might give me problems on a long hot haul.I want to do at least one more long run to Toad especially now that I have my cabin in the back 40. Had a couple fellas ask to ride with me but they stop at 6:00 or earlier and for me there's still 5 more hours of ridin. Turned them both down.Told them I wasn't goin and blamed it on the virus.Bren's health hasn't improved much so I can't leave anyway.Another blip showed on a recent CAT scan so she'll be off to Vancouver at some time in the future for a PET scan.Well the Island now has a PET unit in Victoria so she got a quick date and that was yesterday (June 22) Now waiting on results.
Fast tracking by Bren's lung specialist has her going to Victoria on Fri. (June 26) for day surgery on her benign larnyx growth.
 OK time for chores.See ya,maybe?

Rough day Sat. for Bren.Severe abrasion from the tubes they had in her.Coughin up blood and has some nasal injury. Also says one side of her head feels beat on.At one point durin the operation she came to and felt like she was drowning. They probably had a quick response to restrain her head to keep her from thrashin around durin the procedure. Hope this is all for her for awhile.I sure miss my Shovel ridin.
Well that last procedure was inconclusive as to what exactly those swollen nodes are ,so...a more invasive neck surgery is booked for the end of July in Victoria.Lookin like my workload around here will be increased. Just got a new tarp on my outside Weerier hut in preparation to move the scoot out to do the rear brake mount and new tire changes.
Damn I wish this shit would give her a break.

Well good news on her last larnyx biopsy .No cancer detected. She has regular CT scans ongoin so they'll be watchin that larnyx thing. It's probably a result of the chemo treatments.
Next scan is tomorrow. I just detest these hospital trips.Nothing like heading into the home of sickness and pandemic.
