....and more new old shit
I got my machine oilers in the mail...two brass ones (one prolly 3-4 fl oz, other 1 fl oz), really beautiful condition, think I'll polish the big one up before install. The dude felt bad about shipping em out late so sent me two more oilers, not in as good shape but runnable.
Lunkenheimer is brand of the brass oilers, here's the biggun'
Peek-a-boo filler hole
Looking forward to servicing and running this new chunk of "old iron"

Neato!! Should look great when polished up.Does the flip lever up top shut it off when not needed? Can't figure the purpose for the hole, in the side of the fitting, on the bottom.

It's a sight glass Denn, to make sure the old girl is dripping and at desired frequency...adjust frequency by turning knurled adjuster below flip lever....and yeah soon as you flip the lever sideways the needle valve closes in the shaft to stop flow....these are a damn cool little rig....

That is a nice little mechanism, Sunny. I had quite a few of them on the old Ajax. Took a little time getting them all dripping at the right speed. A bit different style than yours but still good old technology. I miss that old girl.
