I`m in , Gonna hook up with Hammer and Modern Mike at 9:00 A.M at the Harley shop then hook up with Sunny at the Wasa rest area. I think I`ll be half tanked by then ,so I`ll have to fill up at the flats.

Ok here goes

Post  sunnydog on Mon Sep 22, 2014 9:43 am

Friday night before Radium show, Hambone (Lee) shows up at the kimbo garage, on his newly built cafe bike...looks great and he assures me it's tight!  Nice bike Hambone...

Next morning, pretty fresh ride from Kimbo to Wasa rest area, but beautiful nonetheless...met up with a group of fellers from Cranny, some already half-tanked, all lookin forward to a hot breakfast in Flannel Cats...er Carnal Faults, er....ya know that place on the big River where Koot and Maye-hem live....

So after breakfast we had to visit Koots garage to fix a dragging back brake on Hambone's bike, then off down the highway...well he had a bit of a fuel system issue just north of Invermere....carb fell off!  So we bolted it back on and I bootlaced a carb support for it...and yeah there was also a problem of no venting for his tank, waterfalled a bunch o' gas on his freshly rattle-canned tank....a few bugs to work out yet on this thang!!!

Well fellas, we picked up hambone's bike from the pigpen today. Officer cockknuckles sure raked him through the coals, but he could have been a much bigger dick. I think it cost him a grand total. They had some stolen bike concerns but they cleared up. I heard some of it from him, a bit of a tale. All in all, it was cool to see his bike come home.
