Yup I was after a rather wet ride from Vernon on.Nakusp to Kaslo done at 30 mph.Rainin so hard I couldn't see the road lanes (fainted centerline),the deer or rocks on road.I did manage to see the dark spot that was a bear just before it left my path.Rolled into Toad at 11:00 pm after leavin home at 5:00am.
Mary was just headed to bed but came down and TOLD me ,"You're in the Green Bus".
Perfect! I wasn't gonna set up camp that late anyhow.I was ready to find a pavilion couch or the wash house floor.
Such a sweet,carein and thoughtful lady.
